This village is an important producer of cereal and Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero wine. Its church San Justo y San Pastor is from the XIII century.
It is a Gothic church and was reformed in the XV century. It has one main room with a star ribbed vaulted ceiling and a secondary room to the right. It houses a master piece painting, which represents the burial of Christ, called Maestro de Manzanillo.
For its part, in the main altarpiece we can see a project from the Palencian sculptor, Lucas Sanz de la Torrecilla.
