Aesthetically modern, yet with 30 years of experience, Aitana is owned by Valentín González Monge who is bringing modern cutting edge cuisine to Aranda de Duero. A traditional roasting restaurant with contemporary flavours.

TASTING MENU (40 €) Beef carpaccio / Iberian hams, Vegetable pie, Cod and scampi salad or Foie with raspberry vinaigrette and Pedro Ximénez / Fillet steak / Iberian pig cheeks, Oxtail / Hake with Boletus wild mushrooms or Turbot with baby squid / Homemade desserts / Ribera del Duero Wine, Water and Coffee.
