A piece of history in Aranda de Duero, El Lagar de Isilla has a wine cellar open for visits and it has preserved the beams of the wine-press and made tables with threshing boards. The bar contains practically the sum total of the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero wines. There are also tapas and local dishes.
The wood-burning oven is lit first thing every morning, serving traditional Lechazo, suckling lamb roasted for an hour and 45 minutes. It is divided into two floors: the first floor houses the oven and is for the public and the second is for large groups and wine tastings. The desserts are homemade.
