Since 1949, the specialty of Asador Casa Florencio, located on one of the main streets of Aranda de Duero, has been Lechazo Asado, suckling lamb roasted in a traditional wood-burning oven. It is a typically Castilian restaurant, with fantastic décor.
Very focused on local food, they combine the traditional roast with dishes like Spanish black pudding, Chorizo cooked in wine, Sweetbreads, Suckling lamb and different red meats. The desserts are homemade and the wines, obviously, of the Ribera del Duero region.
The prices vary between 30 € and 50 €. There is also a bar which offers a variety of tapas, a private car park 200m from the restaurant and dinner service for groups on request.
