It is a heavenly wine tourism complex in an incomparable frame, amongst the vineyards and nature, in the Ribera del Duero. This hotel, winery, restaurant and cheese factory was the initiative of Javier Jimeno and his daughter Miriam. It does not usually disappoint.

Presentación

It is a small hotel with only five bedrooms and a suite and provides everything necessary for a wine tourism experience.

In this very estate of Raíz de Guzmán, one sleeps next to the grapevines, and it is located in the same township as the headquarters of the Consejo Regulador of the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero (El Consejo Regulador de Origen is an board which checks that the products meet the standards of quality in products with Designation of Origin).

It is especially dedicated to companies, providing services like meeting rooms. They also propose wine tourism packs with visits to the Páramo de Guzmán Winery/Quesería (a cheese factory), given by the sommelier Miriam Jimeno.
